How an instruction is agreed
1. Initial review
Provide the symptoms, affected system, operating frequencies, site location, urgency and tests already completed.
2. Written scope
The proposed investigation, assumptions, deliverables, price, travel and any exclusions are confirmed in writing.
3. Site preparation
Access, induction, escorts, shutdown constraints and any permits or safety requirements are agreed before attendance.
4. Findings and next actions
The agreed output may include a findings note, annotated captures, formal report, risk register or remediation proposal.
Information procurement teams may request
Company particulars, quotation, terms, payment details and relevant supporting documents can be supplied during onboarding. Insurance, site-specific RAMS, calibration information or other evidence should be requested when relevant to the engagement so the precise requirement can be confirmed.
